These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of c3rtfy ("Service") operated by c3rtfy ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
c3rtfy provides a cloud-based employee training and certification platform. You may create courses, quizzes, and certificates for your organisation's learners ("Workspace").
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free Workspace.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of the start of a new billing period if you are unsatisfied. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your admin panel. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace reverts to the Starter AI (free) plan.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. After a grace period, your workspace may be suspended until payment is resolved.
The AI features use Google's Gemini API. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it to learners. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You retain ownership of content you create; by using the AI features you grant us a licence to process your source notes to generate that content.
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may permanently delete your Workspace from the admin panel at any time. Deletion is irreversible and removes all courses, learners, progress, and certificates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from deletion.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by c3rtfy and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, c3rtfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate at any time by deleting your Workspace.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which c3rtfy is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in your admin panel at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
